Hafnarfjarðarbær constantly strives to improve its services, respond to queries from the public and make it easier to access municipal services via digital solutions.


We all have our own experiences of municipal services – some good, some bad. Here we would like to gather these experiences in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the services the municipality provides.


We are therefore establishing dialogue with users and encourage those who approach the municipality for services or with queries to tell us their story and submit suggestions for improvement.
