Let's pick up the firework rubbish

Happy New Year!

There is quite a lot of fireworks rubbish scattered around the town.

Let's join hands and clean up after New Year's 

We encourage the residents of Hafnarfjörður and the buyers of fireworks to set a good example, clean up after themselves and dispose of rubbish. Rubbish after fireworks must be brought to Sorpa's reception centers, which opened on 2 January. For safety reasons, please do not put rubbish from fireworks in the bins.
